3. Estimates and Quotes

Free estimates are provided without obligation. An estimate is not a binding contract until both parties have signed a written agreement. Prices in estimates are subject to change based on material costs, site conditions discovered after initial inspection, or scope changes requested by the customer.

Verbal commitments are not binding. All pricing must be confirmed in writing before work begins.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms, deposit requirements, and final payment schedules are specified in each individual project contract. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before scheduling work.
• Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Overdue balances may be subject to interest or collection action per applicable law.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for the following unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Providing accurate information about the property, access, existing utilities, and underground obstacles.
• Obtaining any required permits, unless the contract specifies we will do so.
• Ensuring the work area is accessible and clear on the scheduled start date.
• Notifying utility locating services ("Call Before You Dig") if required.

6. Warranties and Workmanship

Kingsport Concrete Company stands behind the quality of our work. Warranty terms for specific projects are outlined in the individual project contract. Generally:

• Concrete is a natural material subject to minor cracking over time due to settling, temperature changes, and curing variation. Minor cracking does not constitute a defect.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, chemical application, excessive loads beyond the design specification, acts of nature, or third-party work after project completion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kingsport Concrete Company's totalliability for any claim arising from our services or this website shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

8. Website Use

You agree not to use this website to:

• Transmit spam, malicious code, or any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the site without written permission.
